Revision Policy
We at Woodenemotions want to provide you with the perfect keepsake that you will cherish forever. In order to be sure you communicated your design wishes correctly, we will email you a design proof for most of our products. This proof will come as a blank design, not pictured on your actual product. Please check that all spelling, alignment, font, and images are correct and reply with your approval. We will send you 1 design proof and you must communicate any changes you wish to see from this proof. As soon as you reply, we will begin production of your product and ship it within 5 business days. If you do not reply within 4 business days, we will engrave your order as we interpret the instructions.
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship all orders within 4 business days. We ship via UPS and USPS, If we are provided with a tracking number from the shipping provider, we will update you with the tracking information. Please note, not all shipping methods will have tracking numbers. The shipping rates are based on weight and location and are displayed in your checkout. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Return Policy
We work hard to let you know what to expect from your item so you're delighted when you receive it. We offer detailed product images and descriptions, as well as the ability to approve the design of most items.
Items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable. Of course, if we make an error, we'll replace the item at no charge to you. If you've made a mistake and need to reorder, we'll be happy to offer you a generous 25% discount to do so.
You must contact us to arrange for a return or replacement as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non refundable and we do not reimburse return shipping costs. All returns and replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt.
SPECIFIC TO OUR MODEL SHIPS:
We guarantee satisfaction with our products - in the unlikely event that your model arrives damaged please contact us by within 4 days of receiving your order. If you intend to give the item as a gift, please inspect the item upon receipt.? In the case of damage we will ship a replacement to you free of charge and pay return shipping on the damaged model. For the end-of-year holidays (Thanksgiving & Christmas), we extend our return policy (not damage policy) to notify us of a return by Jan. 2nd of the new year, and we will refund 100% of the cost of the product.
